Use this to marinate the meat and make a tasty sauce.
Rub on dry and marinate for at least an hour – ideally overnight.
Fry in the pan to colour and finish with coconut milk.

This blend is based on the Malay version of satay with deep and rich layers of flavour rather than the Indonesian satay that is sweet and peanutty. If you need more of the Indonesian flavour, add a tablespoon of peanut butter to your recipe along with this blend and you have the best of both.
Use as a marinade or rub with a little coconut cream, add into your stir fry with some coconut cream for an easy sauce.
