We offer free shipping for orders to anywhere in Australia.

We are currently working on offering international postage via our website, please contact us via email with the items you were looking to purchase and your location so we can get back to you with a postage quote.

We are open normal business hours Monday – Friday. Any orders placed over the weekend will be processed the next working day.

Delivery

Most of our parcels are sent via Australia Post. If you’d prefer a fast delivery, please contact us and we will quote a courier for you.

If you are not home during business hours, a good alternative to ensure you receive your parcel promptly is to arrange it to be sent to your work address.

If you have a safe place for the courier or post to leave your parcel, please leave a note to authorize delivery without signature in the checkout section so we can put this on your shipping request.

Please find approximate delivery times below from the day the order is placed to when it should be received.

Orders to Capital Cities: 1-5 business days

Other areas: 3-10 business days.

Refunds

Brazen Spices handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation. Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason for return.

Brazen Spices is not liable for the loss of an item being returned, therefore we recommend that you return it using registered mail. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full minus original shipping costs. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. Refund payments may take up to 7 business days to be received.
