A marinade that packs a punch and zing. Amazing flavour that has ginger and chilli at its centre and is supported by tastebud-tingling spices, soy sauce, and pickled garlic all wrapped together with vinegar and the caramel sweetness of brown sugar.
This will reduce when cooked to be sticky and delicious. Perfect for chicken wings or add last minute to a stirfry. Add to coconut milk and use as a sauce for potato bake or just drizzle over salad.
