This is the chilli ginger marinade without all of the heat. Zero chilli but all of the flavour of the ginger and spice with the chilli blend.
This will reduce when cooked to be sticky and delicious. Perfect for chicken wings or add last minute to a stirfry. Add to coconut milk and use as a sauce for potato bake or just drizzle over salad.
Can be made garlic free by request for those with garlic intolerances and allergies.

Contains: Vinegar (rice and Chinese red), chilli*, ginger*, pickled galangal*, onion*, gluten-free soy sauce, sugar*, star anise, and sichuan pepper.
