A coarsely blended mix of salt and assorted peppers that is simple yet flavoursome.

This is perfect for use in the smoker or oven baked dishes, the long cooking time forms a great crust which locks in the flavour of the meat and keeps it juicy and moist.

This can be used on Brisket and other red meats as well as chicken, vegetables and even seafood.

Salty and with depth of flavour, not only a bit peppery but with that unique zing from the Australian native Pepperberry. I’ve used both the leaf and the berry to fully get this flavour to come through. Also added pipali, which is a long pepper with fruity tones so that this salt and pepper blend has much more than just your usual stock standard salt and pepper flavour.

Blended in small batches from whole spices so you enjoy this at its peak flavour and freshness.
