It’s sweet and smoky with a medium chilli hit from chipotle. This works perfectly for the BBQ and smoker as well as on pan-fried or oven-baked meals. The sweetness from the maple syrup gives this a lovely full-bodied flavour, especially when used for long slow cooking.
