Use 2 teaspoons for 500ml liquid.

When vegetables are dehydrated at low temperatures they maintain all of their flavours and many of their nutrients.
A versatile blend of vegetables that can be made up as a stock or just added into soups and sauces or bolognaise and stews for a bit of a flavour boost. Can even be mixed into some crumbs to make an interesting crumb for chicken.
