Aside from the traditional bread and olive oil dip combo you can also use dukkah as a sprinkle on salads, fried eggs, in stir-fry, casseroles and in rissoles. Coat fish, lamb or chicken before grilling. Absolutely mental on roast sweet potato and roast vegetables.
