Chilli Jam.. its a jam with a little bite. This one is not too sweet or too hot. Its kinda a goldilocks level of chilli and sweetness, making this the perfect condiment to sliced meats and cheese. Perfectly at home on a cheeseboard and on sandwiches for lunch, and even happy as a base for roasting chicken pieces and making chill jam chicken which is rather yummy as it caramelises beautifully when roasted and gets all sticky and finger-licking good.

Designed with flavour in mind. This has capsicum and tomato for the driving flavours of the jam part and added chilli for the zing. Not too hot or too sweet.
