A really very nice blend using some native Australian flavours to compliment the chilli.
Not too hot, not too mild either. We like to taste our food too.
With gorgeous flavours from the citrus and tomato notes, this one really hits the spot. Use it, well, everywhere.
Contains: Chilli, paprika, tomato, capsicum, lime, garlic, Pink Lake salt, sugar, pepperberry, pepperberry leaf, ginger, finger lime, lemon aspen.
This is an all purpose chilli blend.
Sprinkle it on finished foods such as pasta or stir-frys for a heat hit. Use as a marinade/rub or in crumbs or flour to coat items before cooking. You can moisten it to release more of the chilli’s fruity flavour notes.
Can be made garlic free upon request. Please add in the comment if you want this product garlic free
