A mild curry that’s both sweet and tart.

One of the characteristics of Sri Lankan cooking is that the spices are dark roasted, giving this a much different aroma and flavour to that of Indian curries.

Typically used with meats but equally good with vegetables and lentils. Not hot, so you can control the amount of chilli.

Contains: Basmati rice, coriander, cumin, fenugreek, mustard, pepper, turmeric, cloves, cardamon, fennel, and curry leaves.
