This blend has all the fresh herb flavours with some added tomato and capsicum to round out the flavours.
Every ingredient in this blend started off fresh, then I slowly dehydrated them at a low temperature so that the flavours are still vibrant.
Some usage ideas:
Add this to pasta dishes or meatballs.
Add a teaspoon or two to a homemade salad dressing.
Add into bolognaise, soups.
Mix with some breadcrumbs and use as a coating for some fish or chicken.
Make a nice fresh pasta or potato salad and toss a few spoons of this through
